Consulting Services for 2025-2026 BNTF IA Performance Audit

The role

The Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (GOSVG) has received financing from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) towards the cost of financing the Basic Needs Trust Fund 11th Programme. The BNTF IA now wishes to engage a consulting firm to prepare the Agency's 2025-2026 Performance Audit. The objectives of the audits are to promote greater public accountability and results-focused monitoring and reporting, to provide information on the operations of the IA, and to facilitate proactive decision-making. In the assessment of submissions, consideration will be given to qualifications, experience, technical competence, and local and regional experience on similar assignments. The selection method shall be Consultants' Qualifications Selection (CQS). Therefore, following submissions, firms shall be assessed and compared, and the best qualified and experienced firm shall be invited to negotiate a contract. The GOSVG reserves the right to accept or reject late applications or to cancel the present invitation partially or in its entirety. It will not be bound to assign any reason for not selecting any applicant and will not defray any costs incurred by any applicant in the preparation and submission of the Expression of Interest.
