Customer Service Agent

The role

REQUIREMENTS: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure - Knowledge of shipping processes is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is a plus) - Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist customers via phone, email, and in person - Provide information on our services, rates, and shipping processes - Track shipments and provide updates to customers - Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records and customer data - Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
