Driver / Tour Guide

The role

REQUIREMENTS - Valid H Class Driver's Licence (mandatory) - Tourism Certified (mandatory) - Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations - Excellent knowledge of St. Vincent & the Grenadines including major attractions, history, culture & local customs - Outstanding communication skills - Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset) - Well-groomed, punctual and professional in appearance and attitude - Physically fit and able to assist guests with luggage when necessary - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays - Must be honest, dependable and able to work independently - CPR/First Aid certification would be considered an asset KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Safely transport guests to and from their destinations. - Conduct engaging, informative and enjoyable island tours. - Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds guest expectations. - Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of assigned vehicles. - Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers at all times. - Represent the Desci's Taxi & Tours brand with professionalism and pride.
