Front-Line Associate

The role

If you have: - 5 CXC passes, including English Language and Mathematics or Accounts - Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills - Computer literacy - A positive, enthusiastic attitude - A strong sense of confidentiality - Experience in financial services and/or AML Certification is an asset. The successful candidate will be required to: - Interact with and assist customers daily. - Ensure identification presented is authentic. - Collect relevant customer information for all customers' transactions. - Ensure proper issuing and handling of all transactions. - Provide feedback to Agent Network Officer on all relevant matters. - Ensure all cash, cheques and any other monetary and non-cash items are properly reconciled each day. - Check on the status of customer accounts and track payments. - Assist with all changes consistent with operating procedures. - Ensure all Compliance related guidelines are adhered to. - Filing of all documents.
