Office-based, full-time Fund Administrator responsible for managing fund databases, compliance, and investor relations.
The role
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Update and maintain fund databases and investor registers. - Maintain complete, current client records and supporting documentation. - Conduct KYC reviews and investor due diligence. - Perform sanctions screening and adverse media checks. - Support ongoing compliance monitoring and periodic file reviews. - Manage workflows and records in Notion; produce registers, trackers, and schedules in Excel. - Handle investor onboarding and subscription processing. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Exceptional attention to detail. - Experience in fund administration, compliance, banking, or a similar regulated environment preferred. - Working knowledge of KYC/CDD principles, sanctions screening, CTF/AML. - Confident with Excel; experience with Notion an advantage. - Organised and reliable with confidential information. - Clear written communication.
