Responsibilities: - Regular cleaning of all guttering on all homes - Maintenance of grounds around houses using swiper, lawnmower, Tele-saw and Edge Cutter. - General maintenance at houses i.e. painting and carpentry etc. - Any other duties assigned by the Management of the Company and in your capacity to perform. Requirements: - At least 2 years' experience in basic gardening. - Proven hands-on experience in general maintenance, including painting, plumbing, and carpentry. - Ability to work independently, efficiently, and safely under minimal supervision. - Must be able to work as part of a team. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Good customer service skills
