The role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist the General Manager to develop the company's technology vision, implement technology strategies, and ensure that the technological resources and services are aligned with the company's business goals. • Provide mentoring, guidance, training and coordination for all members of the IT & BS team. • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks and requirements of client and partner contracts. • Oversee the planning, design, implementation, documentation, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, endpoint devices, and business applications. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Degree in Information Technology or a related field required. • Master's degree in Business or Technology is highly desirable. • Proof of continued education in Management and IT, such as certifications, is desirable. • 5+ years of experience working in an IT environment. • 2+ years of supervisory experience in an IT environment.
