Junior Manager

The role

WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Supervise and support forecourt & shop staff - Ensure smooth day-to-day station operations (fuel, retail, cleanliness, safety) - Handle cash reconciliation, stock checks & basic reporting - Deliver great customer service and resolve customer issues - Assist with staff scheduling and training WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Community College Degree - 2-3 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or supervisory role - Strong communication & leadership skills - Reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts (incl. weekends/holidays) - Basic computer/POS skills - Valid driver's license & own vehicle a plus
